We customize assembling and inspection workstations to meet the individual needs and requirements of our customers from a wide range of industries. These high-quality workstations are generally ergonomically designed to help reduce employee workload, increase productivity, and improve workplace organization. Features that can be individually adapted not only improve efficiency, but also increase employee well-being and safety - while at the same time achieving high quality of assembly and inspection results.
In this particular example, our customer had a number of different requirements for the workstation solution. At two working areas, a component is first cleaned electrostatically and then assembled with another component in the second working area using an ultrasonic unit. The released dust particles in the cleaning process and rising steam in the joining process are extracted downwards via a hole plate and captured in a replaceable filter unit. In addition, a laminar air flow from above helps to prevent particles and steam from entering the employees' work areas. The electrically adjustable working height, lighting in compliance with VDA 16 and balancers to compensate for the tools' weight help to make the workplace as ergonomic as possible.
